Mr. Wilson: Thank you for taking the time to interview with me today.
I was pleased to see on your website that you encourage your clients to practice Tai Chi. I began practicing Qi Gong this year and have been very happy with it. I was also pleased to learn that you are from Nanjing as it is a very beautiful city and one of my favorites to visit in China.

Mr. Wilson: What is your secret to such a strong online reputation? In other words, how do you get folks to leave you such great feedback?
Mr.Fan: Dedication. Basically, I like the one I’m doing. I’m doing mostly for fertility patients and pain management. The areas I try to be the best in this area, including the knowledge and care. Treat each individual’s visit with my best efforts to take care of the patients and hoping to get the best results from that.
Mr. Wilson: What makes you different? In other words, if you had 1 minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Mr.Fan: The first is knowledge. I learn a lot and I’m still learning in this area. Each individual’s case, I have some of my own treatment notes. I also read a lot of previous good doctor’s notes, including Chinese medicine and doctors.
I was born in China so I have no problem to go over Traditional Chinese Medicine documentations and books and read more about the techniques the Chinese Acupuncturist Society is doing and their research on.
Mr. Wilson: What is the business’ mission and/or how does the business attempt to make the world a better place?
Mr.Fan: We didn’t experience the most of patient’s pain and discomfort, but I have a gift of understanding and communication with patients. And comfort, as a doctor, I comfort them. Using best in knowledge to turn the things over as fast as I can to let them see the improvement and hope.
Mr. Wilson: Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Mr.Fan: Mostly, my patient’s referral. My patients, I treat them well so they refer us with their Facebook or their Chinese community or corporation’s network. Also, we have some other patients that come from the insurance payment network.
Mr. Wilson: What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Mr.Fan: I’m trying to write as much as possible my understanding of the treatment and patients. I don’t have much time to write it. I think it is encouraging to one, treat each patient’s individual visits seriously and with passion. So the word of mouth will pass onto their colleagues and corporation’s network and Facebook or Google, they will put it out.
Definitely we have some difficulties we cannot solve, but we use our best knowledge to turn it over and see improvement. Working with other health care professionals, so sometimes I get referrals. Basically, to think of the patients and do the best for my patients.
