5) Strong Yang can help dispel Dampness / phlegm /Stagnation of Blood so do certain food help clear Dampness and Stagnation.
6) Avoid external factors which can cause sickness (damage of Yang), such as cold, hot, dry, dampness, wind, fire and contagious infection.
